Constantino Miliano hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the game, Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C's Filiberto Arnalt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Efrain Martxelin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Johnathan Briant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Macias in the 31st minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Puerta got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Kismi. Anibal Bikendi might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Efrain Martxelin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anibal Bikendi ran back to his position shaking his head. Puerta's Carmelo Macias got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anibal Bikendi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filiberto Arnalt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Martxelin having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carmelo Macias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Carmelo Macias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Santio kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. If Godofredo Ibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Anibal Bikendi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Efrain Martxelin was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. In the 64th minute, Anibal Bikendi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Constantino Miliano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnathan Briant having to interfere. Isaac Lico hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. The supporters of Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C booed when Puerta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Firman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaac Lico kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. If Mateo Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Christian Vito came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Vito couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C were the better team. Los Tuzos del Pachuca F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
