In the 11th match minute, Acostilla AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Herensuge to maneuver through the defense. Zeledon Panpili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Cebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Edelmiro Bermudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Gartzen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Edelmiro Bermudo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Casimiro Gartzen to make any attempt to save it. Edelmiro Bermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Gartzen having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Deportivo Maizeros's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Rosio came free, but Casimiro Gartzen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Honorio Pabla fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Acostilla AFC's protests and gave Honorio Pabla a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Acostilla AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Deportivo Maizeros. Mario Prejun stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zeledon Panpili. 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaspar Gilabert in the 49th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeledon Panpili prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 56th minute, Edelmiro Bermudo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Casimiro Gartzen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prospero Cloyo's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 58thth minute of the game Prospero Cloyo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Maizeros's Casimiro Gartzen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Raul Cebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zeledon Panpili. That made the score 1-2 in the 62 minute of play. A collision led to Deportivo Maizeros getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Severo Natal hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Tristan in the 67th minute of play forced Deportivo Maizeros's goalkeeper Casimiro Gartzen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Edelmiro Bermudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edelmiro Bermudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Casimiro Gartzen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Cloyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Cecilio Ekhi charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cecilio Ekhi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cecilio Ekhi kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Prospero Cloyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Casimiro Gartzen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Prospero Cloyo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Acostilla AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 86th minute, Isidoro Tabor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Siro Eliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edelmiro Bermudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Acostilla AFC's Zeledon Panpili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Cebo in the 93rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Acostilla AFC's Aaron Herensuge got a free kick in the 94th minute. Deportivo Maizeros succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Acostilla AFC had controlled the match.
