Carolo Rodriguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnaldo Elazar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erubiel Uhin. Horquilla's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Maximino Transito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximino Transito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. With his leg Erubiel Uhin managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when DEP. ASTUDILLO FC.'s Rodolfo Abalos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 30th minute of the match, Andres Viviano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erubiel Uhin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Rodolfo Abalos came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the DEP. ASTUDILLO FC. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Abalos couldn't finish the play. In the 36th match minute, Horquilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Calixto to maneuver through the defense. Erubiel Uhin made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Rodolfo Abalos sent off a good shot on target. Erubiel Uhin was a little too slow when Rodolfo Abalos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 44th minute Rodolfo Abalos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Uhin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rida Al Mulaifi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Paulin, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Maximino Transito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Abalos in the 61st minute of play forced Horquilla's goalkeeper Erubiel Uhin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Horquilla's Remigio Xabat got a free kick in the 65th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Horquilla's zone, Maximino Transito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erubiel Uhin came out of the goal and Maximino Transito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the match, Horquilla's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Abalos came free, but Erubiel Uhin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erubiel Uhin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Abalos in the 71st minute of the match. Erubiel Uhin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Abalos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute Rodolfo Abalos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erubiel Uhin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ASTUDILLO FC. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uriel Orland didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Niceto Calixto from long distance, 97 minutes into the match, got Rida Al Mulaifi's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.
