Ariel Ugaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Milio came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Calera AFC's Erubiel Dayam. But to his dismay, Erubiel Dayam quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Celestino Txaran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Epifanio Quintun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Calera AFC! Epifanio Quintun went to the wrong direction when Mateo Hats was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. esgar soccer's Tobias Reyes suffered a concussion in the 32nd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Filiberto Sidoro charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filiberto Sidoro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Filiberto Sidoro kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Epifanio Quintun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Txaran, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Epifanio Quintun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Txaran in the 41st minute of the match. Lázaro Ramond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Quintun having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

esgar soccer's Celestino Txaran got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Filiberto Sidoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celestino Txaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Epifanio Quintun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Shepherd, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 64th minute, Guaberto Shepherd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gonzalo Garikoitz hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Horacio Vachon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Epifanio Quintun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lázaro Ramond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 88 minutes, Gonzalo Garikoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calera AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Garikoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Lucian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Milio having to interfere. If Oscar Lucian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
