The supporters of Nasaló FC booed when Club América was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Guib didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Domingo Cilio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eduardo Burni. Club América's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domingo Cilio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Nasaló FC's Domingo Cilio got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 16 played minutes Club América got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Etxepare. In the 17thth minute of the game Domingo Cilio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club América's Eduardo Burni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eduardo Burni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Albino Lopez came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Nasaló FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albino Lopez couldn't finish the play. When Nasaló FC's Albino Lopez in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club América's goalie prevented a goal. If Albino Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Marz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Club América's Eduardo Burni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Cilio in the 41st minute of play. Eduardo Burni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Cilio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Club América players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nasaló FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tiburcio Urbasa to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcelino Guib recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Nasaló FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Clis to maneuver through the defense. Domingos Tauro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiburcio Urbasa's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 64th minute, Gregorio Bertol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albino Lopez struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Eduardo Burni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nasaló FC. Domingo Cilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Eduardo Burni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albino Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Burni having to interfere. The tension between the Club América and the Nasaló FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Club América getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. In the 85th minute, Gaston Etxepare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Club América's goal looked a bit too open when Albino Lopez came free, but Eduardo Burni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Club América's zone, Albino Lopez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Burni came out of the goal and Albino Lopez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nasaló FC's Domingos Tauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Urbasa in the 91st minute of play. Tiburcio Urbasa scored 1-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Domingos Tauro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
