The referee showed Benito Perrando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teofilo Jeraldo to make the kick off. Casilda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bonifacio Napier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Otamendi's Bonifacio Napier got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabio Teofilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Perrando in the 62nd minute of the match. Casilda's Fabio Teofilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Jeraldo in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Ignacio Efraim had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 69 played minutes Casilda got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Ofelio. Victorio Abascal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
