With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Txindoki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 47 minutes, Primitivo Jorrin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dioses Guerreros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Primitivo Jorrin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Nestor Oskitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastian Txindoki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Baumer went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Clodio in the 97th minute of play forced Zanjón FC's goalkeeper Arturo Aznar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dioses Guerreros's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
