Melchor Caetano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Felipillo having to interfere. Ulises Misael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Cesario having to interfere. Faustino Chumo kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Laureano Chorche sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Felipillo skillfully saved the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Belén's goalkeeper Carlos Felipillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorio Garikoitz. Ulises Misael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Serafin Cesario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorio Garikoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the match, Luyaba AFC's Melchor Caetano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Felipillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44th match minute, Belén was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Camerino to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Felipillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Caetano, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Larra in the 47th minute of play forced Luyaba AFC's goalkeeper Serafin Cesario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melchor Caetano to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Belén's Sixto Telmo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Luyaba AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ulises Misael 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Rolando Gudesteo charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rolando Gudesteo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Luyaba AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Gudesteo. In the 66th minute Melchor Caetano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Felipillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Luyaba AFC's Honorio Garikoitz in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 74th match minute, Belén was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Camerino to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 78 minutes, Honorio Garikoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luyaba AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorio Garikoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ulises Misael was extremely unlucky when he, in the 83rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Cayetano Larra put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Serafin Cesario. Faustino Chumo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Serafin Cesario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorio Garikoitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Felipillo having to make a save. If Ulises Misael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulises Misael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Cesario having to interfere. Belén played a much better game than Luyaba AFC and deserved their victory. The Luyaba AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
