Jairo Txartiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Martxot having to interfere. The supporters of Oratorio FC booed when Pico FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Argi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artemio Martxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Txartiko in the 11th minute of the match. Bartolo Kusko came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Oratorio FC's Feliciano Natal. But to his dismay, Feliciano Natal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Artemio Martxot didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Feliciano Natal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Oratorio FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Edgard Frechoso hit a great ball. Jairo Txartiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Martxot having to interfere. Benedicto Bernaldo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bartolo Kusko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Bartolo Kusko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Bernaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Feliciano Natal to strike the kick off in the second half. Patricio Madaleno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Artemio Martxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Natal in the 55th minute of play forced Pico FC's goalkeeper Bartolo Kusko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartolo Kusko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliciano Natal's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pico FC's zone, Benedicto Bernaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartolo Kusko came out of the goal and Benedicto Bernaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Pico FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Mario Maraman hit a great ball. Jairo Txartiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Benedicto Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oratorio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benedicto Bernaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartolo Kusko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Oratorio FC! The referee gave Pico FC a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fidel Urdin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Oratorio FC's Artemio Martxot. 2-1. The audience was convinced that Feliciano Natal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartolo Kusko was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Jairo Txartiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Martxot having to interfere. After 89 played minutes Pico FC got a freekick which was hit by Julio Chus. Oratorio FC's Isidoro Lobo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 90th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pico FC. If Patricio Madaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oratorio FC's Artemio Martxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Txartiko in the 93rd minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
