Spectators: 7288 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antonio Orlondon took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Yuchán FC booed when Mayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Savier didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Epifanio Gotzon got free with Evelio Fliz in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Epifanio Gotzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Orlondon in the 17th minute of play forced Yuchán FC's goalkeeper Evelio Fliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Orlondon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aureliano Matteo scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aldo Jakobe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Mayas getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Epifanio Delfino hit a great ball. When Rosendo Gartzea, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 27 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Aldo Jakobe was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Evelio Fliz made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Epifanio Gotzon sent off a good shot on target. After 32 played minutes Mayas got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Silbestre. A collision led to Yuchán FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Fidel Lehior hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Aureliano Matteo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Abaunza in the 47th minute of play forced Mayas's goalkeeper Aldo Jakobe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aureliano Matteo to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Aureliano Matteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Jakobe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliano Matteo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 58 played minutes Mayas got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Savier. In the 60thth minute of the game Aureliano Matteo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mayas's Aldo Jakobe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Yuchán FC's Fidel Lehior tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Rosendo Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aldo Jakobe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Matteo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 70th match minute, Mayas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Silbestre to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Aureliano Matteo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aldo Jakobe. Mayas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aureliano Matteo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Antonio Orlondon fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mayas's protests and gave Antonio Orlondon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mayas getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Antonio Orlondon hit a great ball. Aldo Jakobe made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Rosendo Gartzea sent off a good shot on target. Emiliano Roland's late challenge caught a Yuchán FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emiliano Roland helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Mayas's Emiliano Roland got a free kick in the 82nd minute. If Rosendo Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aldo Jakobe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Matteo in the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Mayas's goalkeeper Aldo Jakobe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rosendo Gartzea. In the 91st minute, Rosendo Gartzea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yuchán FC played a much better game than Mayas and deserved their victory. The Mayas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
