In the 5th minute, Mario Cidro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Monster's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Muc came free, but Eriberto Lorencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guido Muc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Lorencio having to interfere. Eriberto Lorencio came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Fontana's Guido Muc. But to his dismay, Guido Muc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Paulo Etxatxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Cidro got free with Cristobal Quintun in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 37 minutes, Paulo Etxatxu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fontana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Etxatxu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 40 minutes, Gustavo Leoncio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eriberto Lorencio came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Fontana's Guido Muc. But to his dismay, Guido Muc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

The wind increased when Paulo Etxatxu made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Leoncio during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th match minute, Monster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Leoncio to maneuver through the defense. If Gustavo Leoncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 62 minutes into the match, Guido Muc had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eriberto Lorencio. Monster's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guido Muc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Monster's Eriberto Lorencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Monster from getting a goal against them. Eriberto Lorencio made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Guido Muc sent off a good shot on target. Paulo Etxatxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Eriberto Lorencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Niceto Millrick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernan Santxol took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cristobal Quintun. Fontana's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Guido Muc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
