Spectators: 6682 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carlos Goi started the match with the kick off. Campanas AFC's Carlos Goi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 4th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 13th match minute, Potrerillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Donostia to maneuver through the defense. Arturo Bastiaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Berto in the 16th minute of play. Camilo Guillem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 25 minutes, Camilo Guillem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campanas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Guillem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Potrerillo FC's Cleto Donostia got a free kick in the 26th minute. Camilo Guillem's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Justo Sanson firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 30th minute Campanas AFC were awarded a corner. Eliseo Jacob went to the cornerflag to take it. Mario Iago charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Iago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 40 minutes into the game, Potrerillo FC's Donato Berto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arturo Bastiaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Potrerillo FC's Justo Sanson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Goi in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Umbruso to strike the kick off in the second half. Camilo Guillem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Goi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Justo Sanson having to make a save. Justo Sanson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Guillem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th play minute Donato Berto came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Arturo Bastiaro. 2-2. Camilo Guillem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Sanson having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Potrerillo FC's Esteve Remicio got a free kick in the 65th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Potrerillo FC's zone, Carlos Goi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justo Sanson came out of the goal and Carlos Goi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Goi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justo Sanson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Camilo Guillem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Goi struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Justo Sanson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campanas AFC. Donato Berto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Arturo Bastiaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Umbruso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 86th minute of the match Mario Iago completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Mario Iago a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Joaquin Beltxe struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Arturo Bastiaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Potrerillo FC. After a defensive mix-up in Potrerillo FC's zone, Camilo Guillem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justo Sanson came out of the goal and Camilo Guillem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Campanas AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
