Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the game, Cecilio Vincente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cavour's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manchester United FC the free kick. After 14 played minutes Cavour got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Vincente. A collision led to Manchester United FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Albano Sustrai hit a great ball. Rodrigo Ruy made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Santos Marcones sent off a good shot on target. Santos Marcones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Rodrigo Ruy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Baldomero Timo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Timo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Ruy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santos Marcones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Rodrigo Ruy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, German Primo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cavour's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manchester United FC the free kick. In the 41st minute, German Primo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the game, one of Cavour:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Rodrigo Ruy, was totally fooled by Manchester United FC's Anier Fix, who 44 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baldomero Timo to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Santos Marcones had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodrigo Ruy. Cavour's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Marcones was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Rodrigo Ruy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Timo in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to Cavour getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Enzo Natanael hit a great ball. Melquiades Olando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oscar Ondino in the 66th minute. Cecilio Vincente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cecilio Vincente received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Melquiades Olando came out and tried to block the shot, but Cecilio Vincente slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 72nd minute. Cecilio Vincente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Olando having to interfere. Oscar Ondino might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Olando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oscar Ondino ran back to his position shaking his head. Oscar Ondino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Olando having to interfere. If Santos Marcones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. German Primo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Baldomero Timo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Ruy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Manchester United FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
