Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gerardo Patxi started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute Paulo Román shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Valerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Román struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Alvaro Valerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Astros de México. Antonio Iratze took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alvaro Valerio. Caprara's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Antoni Lopes made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Haroldo Luzaide sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, Caprara's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Eyague came free, but Alvaro Valerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Román took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Valerio. Alvaro Valerio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 26thth minute of the game Feliberto Eyague who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caprara's Alvaro Valerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Feliberto Eyague took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Valerio. Alvaro Valerio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Caprara's Alvaro Valerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Román in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Leonides Urtungo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Alvaro Valerio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alvaro Valerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Román in the 43rd minute of play. When Astros de México's Paulo Román in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caprara's goalie prevented a goal. In the 46th minute Feliberto Eyague shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Valerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feliberto Eyague was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Astros de México's Feliberto Eyague slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alvaro Valerio. That made the score 0-5 after 52 minutes of play. Caprara's Alvaro Valerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Eyague in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Eyague in the 58th minute of play forced Caprara's goalkeeper Alvaro Valerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feliberto Eyague took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Valerio. Alvaro Valerio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Astros de México's Paulo Román came free and shot a quick shot against goal 65 minutes in the game, fortunately Alvaro Valerio had problems saving as it came toward the left post. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Paulo Román put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Alvaro Valerio. When Rafael Muno fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caprara's protests and gave Rafael Muno a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes Caprara got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Muno. Paulo Román recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Paulo Román had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvaro Valerio. Caprara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Román was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. 79 minutes into the match, Caprara's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Eyague came free, but Alvaro Valerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvaro Valerio came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Astros de México's Paulo Román. But to his dismay, Paulo Román quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. Emiliano Sindo charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emiliano Sindo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
