Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Astros de México's Patricio Egoi got a free kick in the 2nd minute. A collision led to Norumbega getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Baldomero Reynardo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Feliberto Eyague managed to get in a good position for a shot. Astros de México's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Eyague was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernan Veto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernan Veto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Román in the 9th minute of the match. Paulo Román scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernan Veto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Norumbega's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Román came free, but Fernan Veto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernan Veto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Román, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Feliberto Eyague had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernan Veto. Norumbega's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliberto Eyague was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 24th minute Paulo Román shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernan Veto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Paulo Román managed to get in a good position for a shot. Astros de México's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Román was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernan Veto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eulalio Garaona got free with Antoni Lopes in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th match minute, Astros de México was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilton Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. Fernan Veto came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Astros de México's Paulo Román. But to his dismay, Paulo Román quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Julio Quintin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Veto having to interfere. After 54 played minutes Norumbega got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Ramirez. Fernan Veto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliberto Eyague's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. After 59 minutes, Feliberto Eyague made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Norumbega's Fernan Veto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 63 in the game by Paulo Román from a close distance when the talented Fernan Veto managed to make a qualified save. Norumbega's players were relieved. In the 65th minute, Astros de México's Feliberto Eyague dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. The Astros de México fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Astros de México's Feliberto Eyague looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Román got free with Fernan Veto in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo Román succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-8 in the 75th playminute. In the 80th minute of the match, Feliberto Eyague tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fernan Veto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice moves Julio Quintin could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Fernan Veto however easily saved by the left post. Fernan Veto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angulo Cabañero in the 83rd minute of the match. Paulo Román could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Fernan Veto made a huge save. Fernan Veto made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Paulo Román sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd minute, Norumbega's Tomas Ramond seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tomas Ramond the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Norumbega protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tomas Ramond had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 92 minutes into the game, one of Norumbega:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 96 minutes, Astros de México's Feliberto Eyague got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fernan Veto. Astros de México played a much better game than Norumbega and deserved their victory. The Norumbega players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
