Paulino Ramos made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Gaspar Sarracino sent off a good shot on target. Paulino Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Sarracino in the 17th minute of play. Manuel Ibon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Oriche, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Gaspar Sarracino hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When Denis Maule came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the AFC Ajax fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Maule couldn't finish the play. If Niceto Mirande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the TORRES FC defense, Astor Abar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Ibon. The TORRES FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Ibon should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Mirande in the 26th minute of play forced TORRES FC's goalkeeper Manuel Ibon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 played minutes AFC Ajax got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Martino. In the 35th minute, Cornelio Viator reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Paulino Ramos. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 38th minute Arndt von Buol-Schaudenstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, TORRES FC's Agustin Sazon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 43rd minute, TORRES FC's Gaspar Sarracino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paulino Ramos. Paulino Ramos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaspar Sarracino to make the kick off. A collision led to AFC Ajax getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Astor Abar hit a great ball. Manuel Ibon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Mirande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the AFC Ajax defense, Gaspar Sarracino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulino Ramos. The AFC Ajax fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulino Ramos should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. TORRES FC fully deserved thier win.
