Virgilio Beltza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Soli Deo Gloria booed when Caldao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Frances didn't get a good kick on the ball. Soli Deo Gloria's Mohamed Bale got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 17 minutes, Korneliusz Barna made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Caldao's Virgilio Beltza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mohamed Bale in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Virgilio Beltza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Virgilio Beltza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Bale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Mohamed Bale had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virgilio Beltza. Caldao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mohamed Bale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 26 minutes into the game, Soli Deo Gloria's Korneliusz Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virgilio Beltza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Virgilio Beltza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Korneliusz Barna's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. A hard shot by Vladimiro Rito from long distance, 33 minutes into the match, got Brian Johnson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Mohamed Bale took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgilio Beltza. Virgilio Beltza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. When Mohamed Bale came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Soli Deo Gloria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Bale couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eulalio Panpili was the one to do the kick off. Virgilio Beltza was a little too slow when Mohamed Bale got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-9. In the 70th minute, Korneliusz Barna made a precise shot to the right of Virgilio Beltza. Caldao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. Soli Deo Gloria's Jeremias Abajas was substituted for Guaberto Lobo. Korneliusz Barna struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Virgilio Beltza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soli Deo Gloria. Soli Deo Gloria's Agix Banos was substituted for Mohamed Bale. In the 84th minute Caldao were awarded a corner. Placido Micael went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Caldao's Angel Isadore to fire away a dangerous shot which Brian Johnson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 85th minute, Agix Banos made a precise shot to the right of Virgilio Beltza. Caldao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-12. In the 91st minute, Korneliusz Barna reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Virgilio Beltza. The goal made the score 0-13. A hard shot by Jeremias Abajas from long distance, 97 minutes into the match, got Virgilio Beltza's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.
