Seating: 1832, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Florentino Peyo kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Cesar Ermengol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Emiliano Bitxintxo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emiliano Bitxintxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesar Ermengol in the 8th minute of play. Emiliano Bitxintxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Ermengol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Bitxintxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Panpili, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After having played for 16 minutes, Florentino Peyo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canallas F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentino Peyo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florentino Peyo got free with Virgilio Beltza in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The nice shot from Florentino Peyo in the 20thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Virgilio Beltza had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Ermengol in the 21st minute of play forced Canallas F.C's goalkeeper Emiliano Bitxintxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Angelino Cloyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Bitxintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Caldao's Virgilio Beltza got control of the ball when Florentino Peyo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emiliano Bitxintxo came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Caldao's Eulalio Panpili. But to his dismay, Eulalio Panpili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Cesar Ermengol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Emiliano Bitxintxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eulalio Panpili recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Cesar Ermengol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Emiliano Bitxintxo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Canallas F.C's Guillermo Oso got a free kick in the 38th minute. Angel Isadore might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emiliano Bitxintxo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angel Isadore ran back to his position shaking his head. Angel Isadore took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emiliano Bitxintxo. Emiliano Bitxintxo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eulalio Panpili stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eulalio Panpili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Bitxintxo having to interfere. If Eulalio Panpili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Caldao booed when Canallas F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Paz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute Eulalio Panpili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Bitxintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgilio Beltza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Peyo in the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Canallas F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cesar Ermengol fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience was convinced that Eulalio Panpili's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Bitxintxo was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. 74 minutes into the match, Canallas F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Panpili came free, but Emiliano Bitxintxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Caldao's Vladimiro Rito got a free kick in the 75th minute. Emiliano Bitxintxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Panpili, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Florentino Peyo notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Caldao's Virgilio Beltza. Virgilio Beltza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 88 played minutes Caldao got a freekick which was hit by Angel Isadore. Virgilio Beltza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ceferino Guillelmus's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Ceferino Guillelmus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Virgilio Beltza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florentino Peyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caldao's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
