An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Ganix in the 3rd minute of play forced SPEO F.C.'s goalkeeper Alvaro Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of SPEO F.C. booed when Elegant FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Ganix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorato Pabla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralf Brenner in the 6th minute of play. After 8 minutes, Silverio Ekaitz made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. SPEO F.C.'s Alvaro Lorien tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alvaro Lorien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Ganix in the 20th minute of the match. If Mauro Ganix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Ganix in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Lorien saved SPEO F.C. from getting behind. After 30 played minutes Elegant FC got a freekick which was hit by Silverio Ekaitz. 2-1 became the score in the 32nd minute when Ralf Brenner elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Honorato Pabla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Gartzea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, SPEO F.C.'s Honorato Pabla threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ralf Brenner, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 46th minute of the match SPEO F.C. got a corner. Elegant FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ralf Brenner ran over to the corner to take the kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

54 minutes into the game, Mauro Ganix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elegant FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SPEO F.C. the free kick. In the 54th minute, Mauro Ganix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Tirso in the 65th minute of play forced SPEO F.C.'s goalkeeper Alvaro Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavino Ongile in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Honorato Pabla saved Elegant FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, SPEO F.C.'s Lázaro Gudesteo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Brenner in the 76th minute of play forced Elegant FC's goalkeeper Honorato Pabla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, SPEO F.C.'s goalkeeper Alvaro Lorien had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silverio Ekaitz. After 80 minutes, Gavino Ongile mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SPEO F.C. and the Elegant FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Elegant FC booed when SPEO F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Ongile didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mauro Ganix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, SPEO F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Ganix came free, but Alvaro Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cesar Fero fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SPEO F.C.'s protests and gave Cesar Fero a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SPEO F.C. getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Cesar Fero hit a great ball. After 90 played minutes SPEO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Gudesteo. During the 94th minute of the match Silverio Ekaitz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Silverio Ekaitz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 95th minute, Silverio Ekaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavino Ongile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Honorato Pabla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SPEO F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
