Luciano Frichoso scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Igor Pacorro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. KCP Nova's Vladimiro Isidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Niva in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, KCP Nova's Luciano Frichoso got a free kick in the 15th minute. Vladimiro Isidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Niva in the 18th minute of play. When Bumipunco's Norberto Niva in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KCP Nova's goalie prevented a goal. In the 25th minute, Marcelo Gaztea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vladimiro Isidor was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Marcelo Gaztea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcelo Gaztea really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After a rather tough play, KCP Nova's Tomas Lalla got a free kick in the 29th minute. The supporters of Bumipunco booed when KCP Nova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Lehen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lorenzo Arias struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Vladimiro Isidor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bumipunco. Lorenzo Arias shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Santos Oihenarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. KCP Nova's supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Oihenarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Pacorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of KCP Nova booed when Bumipunco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Niva didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santos Oihenarte made a kick off. If Lorenzo Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimiro Isidor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lorenzo Arias's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Vladimiro Isidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Niva in the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Norberto Niva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Isidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vladimiro Isidor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lorenzo Arias's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Norberto Niva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Marcelo Gaztea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimiro Isidor was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 78th minute, Norberto Niva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bumipunco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Lorenzo Arias hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute Lorenzo Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Isidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bumipunco booed when KCP Nova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Kismi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santos Oihenarte kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Igor Pacorro made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Santos Oihenarte sent off a good shot on target. Aristides Suero's late challenge caught a KCP Nova's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aristides Suero helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute, Aristides Suero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KCP Nova made a substitution. Jacobo Porfirio replaced Segundo Lehen. Aristides Suero kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the game Christian Perpinya kicked a great long shot which passed Igor Pacorro straight ahead into the goal, Result 4-2. One couldn't see Christian Perpinya behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. Bumipunco's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
