The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aurelio Lehoi made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Sabin Lesnea sent off a good shot on target. In the 9thth minute of the game Sabin Lesnea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Euskadi's Aurelio Lehoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mo Bing Yang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabricio Cuartio in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Sabin Lesnea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zeus FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Francisco Raphael managed to get in a good position for a shot. Euskadi's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Raphael was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mo Bing Yang breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sabin Lesnea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Aurelio Lehoi made a huge save. In the 25th minute, Francisco Raphael ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mo Bing Yang was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Mo Bing Yang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabricio Cuartio in the 36th minute of play. Mo Bing Yang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Hori, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Sabin Lesnea struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Aurelio Lehoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zeus FC. Aurelio Lehoi made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Sabin Lesnea sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute, Melquiades Hori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Raphael made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Euskadi got a freekick which was hit by Benito Cristofol. Aurelio Lehoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabin Lesnea in the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Hori in the 55th minute of play forced Zeus FC's goalkeeper Mo Bing Yang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Zeus FC's Hanni Serena got a free kick in the 56th minute. Euskadi's Aurelio Lehoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Froila in the 60th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Zeus FC's Gregorio Giro got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Francisco Raphael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mo Bing Yang having to interfere. If Francisco Raphael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabricio Cuartio charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabricio Cuartio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th match minute, Euskadi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Cuartio to maneuver through the defense. Mo Bing Yang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Raphael in the 73rd minute. In the 75thth minute of the game Sabin Lesnea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Euskadi's Aurelio Lehoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zeus FC made a substitution. Americo Caton replaced Juan Demesio. Zeus FC's Faustino Veronica was substituted for Eliseo Froila. In the 78th minute Zeus FC were awarded a corner. Sabin Lesnea went to the cornerflag to take it. After 78 played minutes Zeus FC got a freekick which was hit by Hanni Serena. After a rather tough play, Euskadi's Benito Cristofol got a free kick in the 85th minute. After having played for 86 minutes, Sabin Lesnea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zeus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sabin Lesnea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Euskadi's Fabricio Cuartio got his second yellow card of the match in the 89th minute. The referee ordered Fabricio Cuartio off the ground. 96 minutes into the game, Zeus FC's Sabin Lesnea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Lehoi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Euskadi players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zeus FC.
