Armando Lapurdi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Selvas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kiki Fonseca came free, but Armando Lapurdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Selvas FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Casimiro Atarratze hit a great ball. Armando Miconi took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armando Lapurdi. The supporters of americalers booed when Selvas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Atarratze didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Bon Scott came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the americalers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bon Scott couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute, Don Ogazón left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The americalers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Kiki Fonseca might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Lapurdi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kiki Fonseca ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Don Ogazón to make the kick off. In the 69th minute Kiki Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Lapurdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Selvas FC defense, Bon Scott kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Lapurdi. The Selvas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Lapurdi should have stopped the shot. Feng Hong Rong scored 12-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armando Lapurdi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bon Scott struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Armando Lapurdi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for americalers. Feng Hong Rong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 minutes, Armando Miconi made it 14-0 with a short kick to the right side. Selvas FC's Armando Lapurdi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Armando Lapurdi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leon Viedes went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 15-0 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. americalers had played much better football throughout.
