Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Iker Iraitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 20 minutes of play, Lobos BUAP's Benjamin Montrel made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Saul Beti didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Tablada FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Montrel came free, but Antoni Liberko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antoni Liberko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamin Montrel went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Lobos BUAP getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Iker Iraitz hit a great ball. Pedro Gurutz kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After 48 played minutes Tablada FC got a freekick which was hit by Niklas Sorsa. After having played for 49 minutes, Humberto Pelayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lobos BUAP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Pelayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Niklas Sorsa was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match.
