If Sixto Leoiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aureliano Castulo made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Herminio Hotz sent off a good shot on target. Herminio Hotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute, Dino Arioli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CANIS LUPUS XTC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Agustin Crescencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Di Massimo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Jesus Lobo took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agustin Crescencio. Agustin Crescencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.

In the 52nd minute Alberto Di Massimo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Crescencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gervasio Cordaryal charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gervasio Cordaryal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, CANIS LUPUS XTC's Guillermo Villegas tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After having played for 63 minutes, Jesus Lobo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CANIS LUPUS XTC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesus Lobo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Guayacó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Di Massimo came free, but Agustin Crescencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st match minute, Guayacó FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervasio Cordaryal to maneuver through the defense. Sixto Leoiar hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Alberto Di Massimo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustin Crescencio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesus Lobo got free with Agustin Crescencio in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. CANIS LUPUS XTC played a much better game than Guayacó FC and deserved their victory. The Guayacó FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
