With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmacio Chico in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celedonio Stephen saved Palmas AFC from getting behind. After some careless play in the Palmas AFC defense, Tadeo Rosio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celedonio Stephen. The Palmas AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celedonio Stephen should have stopped the shot. After 22 played minutes Mexico national FT got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Quico. In the 23rd minute Geronimo Guib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Papo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico national FT's Jeronimo Papo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico national FT from getting a goal against them.
