Spectators: 7967 (Terracing: 5977, Seating: 1832, VIP seats: 158) Epifanio Ibar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Ignacio Ralondo came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Grullork FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Ralondo couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yatai's goalkeeper Cipriano Ursino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ignacio Ralondo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cipriano Ursino having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Ibar in the 17th minute of play forced Grullork FC's goalkeeper Baybars Tanbolat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baybars Tanbolat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Ibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severo Errando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jimeno Artal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Cipriano Ursino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Baybars Tanbolat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Dorio in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Grullork FC's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Ibar came free, but Baybars Tanbolat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yatai's Cipriano Ursino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Yatai from getting a goal against them. If Ignacio Ralondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Roberto Bazil came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Grullork FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Bazil couldn't finish the play. Jimeno Artal hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Bruno Endira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baybars Tanbolat having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Ralondo got free with Cipriano Ursino in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baybars Tanbolat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Ibar, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignacio Ralondo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Yatai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Ibar to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Yatai's Vicente Nuxila got a free kick in the 60th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Epifanio Ibar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yatai's supporters rose to their feet, but Epifanio Ibar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baybars Tanbolat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th minute, Ignacio Ralondo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Ursino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Jonatan Cordarin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grullork FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonatan Cordarin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cipriano Ursino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ignacio Ralondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Nuxila charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Nuxila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Grullork FC booed when Yatai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Nuxila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cipriano Ursino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Ralondo in the 87th minute of play. If Jimeno Artal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baybars Tanbolat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Ibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grullork FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
