Spectators: 7985 (Terracing: 5990, Seating: 1836, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eulalio Astigar kicked off to start the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Eulalio Astigar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elite FC's Severo Telesforo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Monterrey Titanes's zone, León Trotskiy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Abeita came out of the goal and León Trotskiy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 8 minutes of play, Monterrey Titanes's Mateo Boni made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severo Telesforo was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Domingos Erdiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severo Telesforo came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Monterrey Titanes's Atilano Mantzio. But to his dismay, Atilano Mantzio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Astigar in the 18th minute of play forced Elite FC's goalkeeper Severo Telesforo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Garci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fausto Abeita having to make a save. Severo Telesforo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eulalio Astigar's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Eulalio Astigar notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Elite FC's Severo Telesforo. Severo Telesforo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 28 minutes into the game, Eulalio Astigar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Severo Telesforo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30thth minute of the game Eulalio Astigar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elite FC's Severo Telesforo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Elite FC's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Mantzio came free, but Severo Telesforo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Baltasar Dalmu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monterrey Titanes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eulalio Astigar in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severo Telesforo saved Elite FC from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for León Trotskiy to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Elite FC's goalkeeper Severo Telesforo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Severo Telesforo was a little too slow when Atilano Mantzio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Dalmu in the 64th minute of play forced Elite FC's goalkeeper Severo Telesforo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eulalio Astigar in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severo Telesforo saved Elite FC from getting behind. Domingos Erdiano charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domingos Erdiano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Elite FC booed when Monterrey Titanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Erdiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateo Boni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Severo Telesforo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Monterrey Titanes's Eulalio Astigar in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 81st minute, Edelmiro Eyague hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Mateo Boni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monterrey Titanes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Eulalio Astigar didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-9 via right post in the game's 88th minute. Monterrey Titanes's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After a defensive mix-up in Elite FC's zone, Eulalio Astigar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severo Telesforo came out of the goal and Eulalio Astigar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
