Atilano Mantzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FLYP3R CLUB's Rodolfo Bartolome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Dalmu in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Monterrey Titanes's zone, Celestino Paz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Abeita came out of the goal and Celestino Paz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fausto Abeita made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Casimiro Quinten sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute, Felipe Beremundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Monterrey Titanes's Fausto Abeita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Monterrey Titanes from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, FLYP3R CLUB's Manuel Senio got a free kick in the 19th minute. Monterrey Titanes's Fausto Abeita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Paz in the 29th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Celestino Paz managed to get in a good position for a shot. FLYP3R CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Celestino Paz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Abeita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FLYP3R CLUB's Rodolfo Bartolome played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Dalmu in the 39th minute of play. When Celestino Paz came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the FLYP3R CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celestino Paz couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Bartolome took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Astigar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Celestino Paz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Abeita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casimiro Quinten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Abeita having to interfere. After the first half Monterrey Titanes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rodolfo Bartolome stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eulalio Astigar's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Ortle during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th minute, Marcos Ortle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodolfo Bartolome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Astigar, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eulalio Astigar in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodolfo Bartolome saved FLYP3R CLUB from getting behind. A collision led to FLYP3R CLUB getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Arsenio Isadore hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Celestino Paz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FLYP3R CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Casimiro Quinten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Monterrey Titanes's Mateo Boni ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodolfo Bartolome. Rodolfo Bartolome yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Felipe Beremundo kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Casimiro Quinten scored 3-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fausto Abeita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mateo Boni struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Rodolfo Bartolome didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monterrey Titanes.
