An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Raitin in the 10th minute of play forced United Force's goalkeeper Rene Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Karmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Dominic in the 11th minute of play. United Force's Augusto Fagildo got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardo Karmel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Dominic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augusto Fagildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Bernardo Karmel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Gustavo Francis made a precise shot to the right of Rene Millan. United Force's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Club Santos Laguna's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Julio Iraitz in the 29th minute. In the 31st match minute, United Force was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Dominic to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, United Force's Augusto Fagildo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. A collision led to United Force getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Moises Janpier hit a great ball. Augusto Fagildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Karmel having to interfere. United Force were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Club Santos Laguna's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Boleslaw Ciszewski took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Ralf Elzer drilling the ball in to score 2-1 behind Club Santos Laguna's goalkeeper.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Augusto Fagildo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Narciso Botello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Gaspar Dominic's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardo Karmel was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Bernardo Karmel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Dominic, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A collision led to Club Santos Laguna getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Melchor Christobal hit a great ball. United Force's supporters rose to their feet, but Boleslaw Ciszewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Karmel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Augusto Fagildo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernardo Karmel having to make a save. 72 minutes into the game, Augusto Fagildo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Bernardo Karmel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 76 minutes into the match, Club Santos Laguna's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Dominic came free, but Bernardo Karmel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Fagildo in the 79th minute of play forced Club Santos Laguna's goalkeeper Bernardo Karmel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Fagildo in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardo Karmel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Club Santos Laguna's Bernardo Karmel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Fagildo in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, United Force's Boleslaw Ciszewski got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Rene Millan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 84th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Damaso Diagur. Bernardo Karmel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augusto Fagildo went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Bernardo Karmel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Fagildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Club Santos Laguna's zone, Gaspar Dominic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Karmel came out of the goal and Gaspar Dominic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
