Thomas Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Hustaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Halit Ziya Emekli who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Bernabe Carlomagno when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Dudu Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Alsina getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Arnoldo Igon hit a great ball. When Mario Hustaz fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alsina's protests and gave Mario Hustaz a yellow card for diving instead. Mario Hustaz hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Rossi in the 33rd minute of play forced Alsina's goalkeeper Bernabe Carlomagno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rogue Squadron were victorious despite being under pressure from Alsina for much of the match.
