The supporters of Vedia AFC booed when deportivo madrid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Faruk Atılay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolfo Grau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Egun, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The audience was convinced that Filip Slipetskyi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonel Edorta was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Leonel Edorta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 36 minutes of play, deportivo madrid's Marcelo Perico made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonel Edorta was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Vaggelis Rousses got free with Leonel Edorta in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ferdinand Bjørn's late challenge caught a Vedia AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferdinand Bjørn helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to deportivo madrid getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ferdinand Bjørn hit a great ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domingo Urdaspal was the one to do the kick off. Vedia AFC's Leonel Edorta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasan Tahsin Polatalp in the 52nd minute of play. When deportivo madrid's Filip Slipetskyi in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hasan Tahsin Polatalp couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, Marcelo Perico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonel Edorta was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. The deportivo madrid fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when deportivo madrid's Alfonso Quin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 12-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 77th match minute, deportivo madrid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Perico to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Vaggelis Rousses had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonel Edorta. Vedia AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vaggelis Rousses was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. After 84 minutes of play, deportivo madrid's Marcelo Perico made it 14-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonel Edorta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leonel Edorta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Perico in the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Vaggelis Rousses cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 16-0. Leonel Edorta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute of the match deportivo madrid got a corner. Vedia AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hasan Tahsin Polatalp ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Hasan Tahsin Polatalp almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vedia AFC's Leonel Edorta did a great save. In the game's 95th minute deportivo madrid's Hasan Tahsin Polatalp took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Leonel Edorta and thus the score was 17-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. deportivo madrid fully deserved thier win.
