Spectators: 8441 (Terracing: 6332, Seating: 1941, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. David Cugat started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Teo Sotero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Porvenir FC and the Atlético Nuevo Laredo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th minute there was a penalty for Atlético Nuevo Laredo. Carolo Bernat stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Venancio Chorache. 0-1. If Rodrigo Rojas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Porvenir FC's zone, Freddy Restu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Chorache came out of the goal and Freddy Restu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodrigo Rojas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Freddy Restu kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Rojas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Venancio Chorache was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 17th minute, Rodrigo Rojas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Nuevo Laredo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Venancio Chorache didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Freddy Restu went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After 26 minutes of play, Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Rodrigo Rojas made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Venancio Chorache was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodrigo Rojas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Rojas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Venancio Chorache was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 38th minute, Rodrigo Rojas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Venancio Chorache was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. The Atlético Nuevo Laredo fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Tobías Astorga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Rodrigo Rojas made the kick off in the second half. Venancio Chorache was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Freddy Restu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 51 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Rodrigo Rojas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Rojas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Venancio Chorache breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 56 minutes into the match, Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Rodrigo Rojas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Venancio Chorache narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Freddy Restu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Venancio Chorache read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Fabricio Lehoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Atlético Nuevo Laredo booed when Porvenir FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Galindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Cugat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Porvenir FC's Venancio Chorache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Porvenir FC from getting a goal against them. Venancio Chorache was a little too slow when Freddy Restu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-12. Tadeo Galindo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Porvenir FC's goalkeeper Venancio Chorache had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carolo Bernat. The supporters of Atlético Nuevo Laredo booed when Porvenir FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Teodor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venancio Chorache made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodrigo Rojas in the 84th minute. Benicio Javiero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Teodor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Freddy Restu could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Venancio Chorache however easily saved by the left post. Sixto Christobal struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Benicio Javiero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Porvenir FC. In the 92nd minute of the match, Rodrigo Rojas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Venancio Chorache was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 92nd match minute, Porvenir FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Lehoi to maneuver through the defense. The Porvenir FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético Nuevo Laredo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
