Spectators: 8409 (Terracing: 6307, Seating: 1934, VIP seats: 168) The mood of the audience was pleasant when David Cugat made the kick off which started today's match. Rayos GDL's Serafino Gergori got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Cugat got free with Alvaro Txartiko in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Rayos GDL booed when Porvenir FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Cugat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, David Cugat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Serafino Gergori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Chorache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 2-1 became the score in the 26th minute when Ambrosio Lobo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Porvenir FC's goal looked a bit too open when Serafino Gergori came free, but Venancio Chorache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ambrosio Lobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixto Christobal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serafino Gergori stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cirilo Teodor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ambrosio Lobo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Chorache having to interfere. A collision led to Rayos GDL getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Serafino Gergori hit a great ball. Ambrosio Lobo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Venancio Chorache having to make a save. In the 73rd match minute, Porvenir FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Bautista to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Chorache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafino Gergori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, Cirilo Teodor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvaro Txartiko. Rayos GDL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cirilo Teodor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Sixto Christobal struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Alvaro Txartiko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Porvenir FC. Sixto Christobal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ambrosio Lobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Porvenir FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
