Luis Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Salvador Pierres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 4 played minutes Doblas FC got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Bemabe. If Luis Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Freddy Evis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gatitos del infierno's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Evis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salvador Pierres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th match minute, Gatitos del infierno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Enetz to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Freddy Evis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freddy Evis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tadeo Enetz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Salvador Pierres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Luis Perez struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Salvador Pierres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gatitos del infierno. After 25 played minutes Doblas FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Jaunti. Salvador Pierres made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Freddy Evis sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Doblas FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Saturnino Bemabe hit a great ball. Salvador Pierres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes Gatitos del infierno got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Evis. Freddy Evis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Pierres having to interfere. Freddy Evis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Salvador Pierres having to make a save. Ariel Romano kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Doblas FC's Salvador Pierres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Perez in the 52nd minute of play. Nestor Magdaleno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Doblas FC defense, Luis Perez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Salvador Pierres. The Doblas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Salvador Pierres should have stopped the shot. Ramiro Salvino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Gonza having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Magdaleno in the 67th minute of play forced Doblas FC's goalkeeper Salvador Pierres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Freddy Evis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gatitos del infierno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Evis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 70 minutes of play, Gatitos del infierno's Luis Perez made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Salvador Pierres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nestor Magdaleno charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nestor Magdaleno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Gatitos del infierno's Nestor Magdaleno got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Koldobika Viaña struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Salvador Pierres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gatitos del infierno. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herminio Alonso couldn't finish the play. Salvador Pierres came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Gatitos del infierno's Luis Perez. But to his dismay, Luis Perez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Salvador Pierres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Perez in the 91st minute of play.
