Fc Taurus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salazar AFC the free kick. A collision led to Fc Taurus getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Regino Liévanos hit a great ball. Camilo Kelemen did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Leszek Ziombkowski 5 minutes into the match. Justo Fernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Rogelio Erramu got in the 9th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Leszek Ziombkowski. This was a shot which ended in a score of 2-0. In the 12th minute Santiago Giménez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Obeko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Fc Taurus booed when Salazar AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Xabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteve Blanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Leszek Ziombkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octavio Urtsin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Camilo Kelemen fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salazar AFC's protests and gave Camilo Kelemen a yellow card for diving instead. Camilo Kelemen hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. If Camilo Kelemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Camilo Kelemen was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 31 minutes had been played. The supporters of Fc Taurus booed when Salazar AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Kelemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amado Cai hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Silvestre Obeko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Giménez in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Giménez in the 40th minute of play forced Salazar AFC's goalkeeper Silvestre Obeko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 minutes of play, Fc Taurus's Santiago Giménez made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvestre Obeko was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 47th minute Santiago Giménez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Obeko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a rather tough play, Salazar AFC's Sergio Enetz got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Salazar AFC's zone, Octavio Urtsin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Obeko came out of the goal and Octavio Urtsin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silvestre Obeko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Giménez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sergio Enetz struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Leszek Ziombkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salazar AFC. After a defensive mix-up in Salazar AFC's zone, Justo Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Obeko came out of the goal and Justo Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 70 minutes, Octavio Urtsin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Taurus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavio Urtsin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Justo Fernandez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvestre Obeko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76thth minute of the game Octavio Urtsin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salazar AFC's Silvestre Obeko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Santiago Giménez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Silvestre Obeko, 2-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Santiago Giménez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvestre Obeko. That made the score 2-3 in the 82 minute of play. Silvestre Obeko made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Justo Fernandez sent off a good shot on target. Santiago Giménez struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Silvestre Obeko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Taurus. Fc Taurus's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
