An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Abaurre in the 22nd minute of play forced Goicó FC's goalkeeper Wilfredo Emmanuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Matro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ildefonso Karmel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Goicó FC's goalkeeper Wilfredo Emmanuel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingo Fiz. Evaristo Amor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wilfredo Emmanuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Abaurre in the 67th minute of the match. Ildefonso Karmel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Amor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Higinio Videl in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Emmanuel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Goicó FC made a substitution. Amancio Stanislao replaced Christian Matro. After 80 played minutes juarez got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Videl. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Froilan Jaunti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goicó FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Jaunti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ildefonso Karmel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Goicó FC's Martin Orlanda got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 91st play minute Amancio Stanislao came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ildefonso Karmel. 1-1. Ildefonso Karmel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Amor in the 95th minute of the match. Goicó FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
