Rodrigo Txeru was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 10 minutes into the match, ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Gregory came free, but Rodrigo Txeru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS reached it. Fernan Llorian came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS's Eloy Harriet. But to his dismay, Eloy Harriet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 20 minutes into the match, ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Colas came free, but Rodrigo Txeru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Txeru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Gregory in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Dalmacio Feo hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Gustavo Gregory had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodrigo Txeru. ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustavo Gregory was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Eloy Harriet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Txeru came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. Spartak Moscow's Cesar Colas. But to his dismay, Cesar Colas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Cesar Colas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Rodrigo Txeru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Gregory took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodrigo Txeru. Rodrigo Txeru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Paolo Endura made in the 47th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by F.C. Spartak Moscow's Hipolito Inocente. In the 48th minute Eriberto Evangelista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernan Llorian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

After a defensive mix-up in ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS's zone, Gustavo Gregory stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Txeru came out of the goal and Gustavo Gregory tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute, Damaso Liher got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodrigo Txeru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Colas, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Rodrigo Txeru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Inocente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Txeru was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Gustavo Gregory capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gustavo Gregory really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Rodrigo Txeru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Liher in the 61st minute of the match. Damaso Liher hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Colas came free, but Rodrigo Txeru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS's goalkeeper Rodrigo Txeru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damaso Liher. 68 minutes into the game, F.C. Spartak Moscow's Gustavo Gregory nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodrigo Txeru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Fernan Llorian came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS's Eriberto Evangelista. But to his dismay, Eriberto Evangelista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6. The supporters of F.C. Spartak Moscow booed when ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Feo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodrigo Txeru came out of the goal and Damaso Liher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodrigo Txeru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustavo Gregory went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-7 was the resulting score. Cesar Colas scored 2-8 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodrigo Txeru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded F.C. Spartak Moscow left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ESCUADRÓN DE LOS MUERTOS.
