After a defensive mix-up in SIDI's zone, Blažej Blazejowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocencio Raulo came out of the goal and Blažej Blazejowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ritchie Stansfield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justo Ignado, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Ritchie Stansfield didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guido Lizer went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Blažej Blazejowskis short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Inocencio Raulo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 46 minutes SIDI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Blažej Blazejowski who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Dariusz Szpakowski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.

Octavio Orlondo had several of the Real Ayuntamiento CF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 54 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Ritchie Stansfield as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ritchie Stansfield showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justo Ignado in the 58th minute of the match. A collision led to SIDI getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Guido Lizer hit a great ball. Inocencio Raulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Tomaszewski in the 60th minute of play. The corner led Real Ayuntamiento CF's Blažej Blazejowski to fire away a dangerous shot which Inocencio Raulo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A nice corner shot did that Damazy Tomaszewski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Inocencio Raulo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Damazy Tomaszewski put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Inocencio Raulo. The audience was convinced that Pedro Cucao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inocencio Raulo was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. SIDI's Inocencio Raulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Frichoso in the 86th minute of play. SIDI's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
