A collision led to SIDI getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Octavio Orlondo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Clementi in the 6th minute of play forced SIDI's goalkeeper Inocencio Raulo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severiano Montae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Seguinus in the 9th minute of play. Zacarías Batistuta's late challenge caught a SIDI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zacarías Batistuta helped the player get up and apologised. The audience was convinced that Genaro Clementi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inocencio Raulo was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After 20 minutes of play, SIDI's Guido Lizer made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severiano Montae was left in no man's land by his defense there! Toro Rosso FC's Severiano Montae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Orlondo in the 29th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, SIDI's goalkeeper Inocencio Raulo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wu Cheng De. After 37 played minutes Toro Rosso FC got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Feliz. Inocencio Raulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genaro Clementi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inocencio Raulo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genaro Clementi's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Genaro Clementi in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocencio Raulo saved SIDI from getting behind. After the first half SIDI were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Octavio Orlondo to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SIDI booed when Toro Rosso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Clementi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 53 played minutes SIDI got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Orlondo. Toro Rosso FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zacarías Batistuta in the 57th minute. Jimeno Feliz kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Toro Rosso FC's goalkeeper Severiano Montae had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernesto Seguinus. Toro Rosso FC made a substitution. D.J. 刘冰冰 replaced Genaro Clementi. After 68 minutes SIDI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zacarías Batistuta who took care of the corner kick. Chucky Lozano was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Severiano Montae made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Octavio Orlondo sent off a good shot on target. Toro Rosso FC's Severiano Montae proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Toro Rosso FC from getting a goal against them. After 75th play minutes Octavio Orlondo shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Severiano Montae and just under the crossbar into goal. Justo Ignado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Severiano Montae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severiano Montae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Orlondo in the 79th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Toro Rosso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Lizer came free, but Severiano Montae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severiano Montae made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Octavio Orlondo sent off a good shot on target. In the 89thth minute of the game D.J. 刘冰冰 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SIDI's Inocencio Raulo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Jimeno Feliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SIDI made a substitution. Rafael Marquéz replaced Clodoveo Mogel. Toro Rosso FC's Zacarías Batistuta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Inocencio Raulo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. SIDI's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
