In the 8thth minute of the game Darío Benedetto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golden Generation's Turgay Şeren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Turgay Şeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darío Benedetto in the 12th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes Golden Generation got a freekick which was hit by Barnaba Ciborek. 19 minutes into the match, Golden Generation's goal looked a bit too open when Darío Benedetto came free, but Turgay Şeren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Turgay Şeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Cristi in the 20th minute of the match. With a little luck, Equipo's Ismael Furman got control of the ball when Elivélton Cunha tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Golden Generation defense, Ronaldo Cristi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Turgay Şeren. The Golden Generation fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Turgay Şeren should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

After 91 minutes of play, Golden Generation's Elpidio Intxixu made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 95th minute, Yorrick Hekman made a precise shot to the right of Ismael Furman. Equipo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-6. Equipo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
