Leonel Rico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovani Molina in the 18th minute of the match. Hugo Rico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonel Rico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovani Molina, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 25th minute Jaime Rojas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marvin Hernández saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Mariano Canales managed to get in a good position for a shot. East Dereham's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Canales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Rico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 34 minutes into the game, Omar Hurtado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. East Dereham's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crystal Palace FC the free kick. After 34 played minutes East Dereham got a freekick which was hit by Omar Hurtado. Crystal Palace FC's Humberto Campos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for East Dereham. East Dereham's Marvin Hernández played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Rojas in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Jaime Rojas made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Crystal Palace FC's Jaime Rojas made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marvin Hernández was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marvin Hernández made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Pacheco in the 56th minute of play. If Hugo Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giovani Molina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonel Rico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Canales in the 65th minute of the match. Marvin Hernández came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Crystal Palace FC's Jaime Rojas. But to his dismay, Jaime Rojas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Hugo Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marvin Hernández having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Jaime Rojas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marvin Hernández. East Dereham's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaime Rojas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Leonel Rico didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 84th minute, which inside left pole to 5-1. A collision led to East Dereham getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ruben Lovo hit a great ball. After 92 played minutes, Crystal Palace FC's Humberto Campos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marvin Hernández came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Crystal Palace FC reached it. If Jaime Rojas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Crystal Palace FC's Humberto Campos got a free kick in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Crystal Palace FC fully deserved thier win.
