Leopoldo Corrales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Bustamante in the 27th minute of the match. Keyworth City's Victor Braun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Zapata in the 72nd minute of play. Victorino Mena charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorino Mena the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd minute Ricardo Zapata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Braun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Keyworth City's zone, Selvin Barraza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Braun came out of the goal and Selvin Barraza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the match, Keyworth City's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Zapata came free, but Victor Braun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
