Raúl Gutierrez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 12 minutes into the game, Kosovo CF.'s Heri Niclasen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raúl Gutierrez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Raúl Gutierrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heri Niclasen in the 15th minute of the match. Osvald Aubertin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudy Navas in the 16th minute of play. If Heri Niclasen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Heri Niclasen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kosovo CF.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Heri Niclasen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raúl Gutierrez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th match minute, Milan AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Batres to maneuver through the defense. When Kosovo CF.'s Christian Hansen, in the 26th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Kosovo CF.. 34 minutes into the game, Eliseo Zepeda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Milan AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kosovo CF. the free kick. In the 34th minute, Eliseo Zepeda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christian Hansen to strike the kick off in the second half. Heri Niclasen might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raúl Gutierrez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Heri Niclasen ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Milan AC's zone, Christian Hansen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raúl Gutierrez came out of the goal and Christian Hansen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Christian Hansen could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Raúl Gutierrez however easily saved by the left post. Eliseo Zepeda hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Milan AC's goalkeeper Raúl Gutierrez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Hansen. In the 78thth minute of the game Heri Niclasen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Milan AC's Raúl Gutierrez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christian Hansens short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Raúl Gutierrez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Heri Niclasen struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Raúl Gutierrez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kosovo CF.. Kosovo CF.'s Igor Arias was substituted for Christian Hansen. 90 minutes into the match, Heri Niclasen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Raúl Gutierrez, 0-3. In the 93rd minute Alfredo Mayen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raúl Gutierrez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Arias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kosovo CF.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
