Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Marcos Rey started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Edwin Ocampo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Edwin Ocampo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Alexis Umanzor when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rolando Castaneda charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rolando Castaneda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rolando Castaneda hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Rey in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Odir Ramos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rolando Castaneda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexis Umanzor having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rony Montes during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15thth minute of the game Adolfo Guzman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bulkington City's Odir Ramos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Rey in the 17th minute of play forced Bulkington City's goalkeeper Odir Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Edwin Ocampo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alexis Umanzor. Edwin Ocampo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Alexis Umanzor came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Bulkington City's Rolando Castaneda. But to his dismay, Rolando Castaneda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 28th minute Adolfo Guzman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Odir Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Rising Bridge FC booed when Bulkington City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edwin Ocampo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Bulkington City's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Rey came free, but Odir Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 38 in the game by Rolando Castaneda from a close distance when the talented Alexis Umanzor managed to make a qualified save. Rising Bridge FC's players were relieved. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bulkington City's goalkeeper Odir Ramos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alexis Umanzor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Ocampo in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edwin Ocampo made a kick off. Rising Bridge FC's Alexis Umanzor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Ocampo in the 60th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolando Castaneda in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexis Umanzor saved Rising Bridge FC from getting behind. Odir Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Rey, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Rolando Castaneda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edwin Ocampo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Alexis Umanzor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolando Castaneda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexis Umanzor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Castaneda in the 82nd minute of play. Alexis Umanzor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Ocampo in the 83rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edwin Ocampo in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexis Umanzor saved Rising Bridge FC from getting behind. If Rolando Castaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 minutes, Arturo Barquero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rising Bridge FC and the Bulkington City players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th minute, Arturo Barquero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Bulkington City were the better team. Bulkington City's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
