Odir Mayen might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abraham Benavides. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Odir Mayen ran back to his position shaking his head. 14 minutes into the match, Wolverhampton's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Braun came free, but Marvin Barraza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonio Erazo in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abraham Benavides saved Plumstead City from getting behind. Marvin Barraza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Braun in the 27th minute of the match. Ismael Braun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hugo Erazo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Marvin Barraza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Abraham Benavides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Odir Mayen, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st match minute, Wolverhampton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Rico to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Odir Mayen to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ismael Braun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes into the game, Hugo Erazo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marvin Barraza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Odir Mayen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the game, one of Plumstead City:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Abraham Benavides had in the 73rdth minute some difficulties stopping Félix Flores's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Hugo Erazo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Marvin Barraza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Hugo Erazo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plumstead City's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Erazo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marvin Barraza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 86th minute, Ismael Braun made a precise shot to the right of Marvin Barraza. Wolverhampton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Antonio Erazo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wolverhampton's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio Erazo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abraham Benavides breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antonio Erazo took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abraham Benavides. Abraham Benavides dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
