Husbands Bosworth United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Harringay the free kick. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Husbands Bosworth United! Allan Amaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilmer Rojas having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Harringay's goal looked a bit too open when Yasir Morales came free, but Ovidio Leguizamon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Harringay players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Husbands Bosworth United were winning 0-1.

When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Allan Amaya sped through Husbands Bosworth United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilmer Rojas. Allan Amaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Wilmer Rojas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Peredes in the 59th minute of play forced Husbands Bosworth United's goalkeeper Wilmer Rojas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yasir Morales's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidio Leguizamon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Franklin Zapata's late challenge caught a Harringay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. One of Husbands Bosworth United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Harringay:s goal. The referee gave Harringay a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Diego Ayala, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Husbands Bosworth United's Wilmer Rojas. 2-1. Harringay's Allan Amaya got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Dubon charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Dubon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Harringay's Daniel Dubon got a free kick in the 78th minute. Ovidio Leguizamon acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 79th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Franklin Zapata. After 80 minutes Harringay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Franklin Zapata who took care of the corner kick. Wilmer Rojas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Zepeda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilmer Rojas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Serrano in the 87th minute of the match. Edgar Melendez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diego Ayala took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wilmer Rojas. Husbands Bosworth United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Harringay's Ovidio Leguizamon got control of the ball when Edgar Melendez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Despite being the better team, Harringay failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
