Batley AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexis Campos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The supporters of St Agnes City booed when Batley AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Mena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dagoberto Flamenco acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 8th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marvin Toledano. 9 minutes into the match, Batley AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Bran came free, but Dagoberto Flamenco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Alexis Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th match minute, Batley AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Campos to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Camilo Najarro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Avilio Rivera charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Avilio Rivera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for St Agnes City! The referee gave Batley AFC a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Primitivo Mena, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of St Agnes City's Carlos Pérez. 1-1. In the 25th minute, Rudy Del Carmen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Pérez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Alexis Campos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Dagoberto Flamenco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 33 minutes into the match, Batley AFC's goalkeeper Dagoberto Flamenco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexis Campos. In the 33rd minute, Jairo Campos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillermo Bran struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Dagoberto Flamenco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for St Agnes City. If Rudy Del Carmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Wilmer Flamenco fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored St Agnes City's protests and gave Wilmer Flamenco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th minute, Wilmer Flamenco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Batley AFC's Primitivo Mena tried to score from far away in the 39th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Guillermo Bran was extremely unlucky when he, in the 45th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Dagoberto Flamenco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Bran in the 47th minute of the match. The St Agnes City players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Batley AFC were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Guillermo Bran made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Pérez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Carrillo went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Alexis Campos struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Dagoberto Flamenco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for St Agnes City. Oscar Verdugo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The supporters of St Agnes City booed when Batley AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Santamaria didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Wilmer Flamenco was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 65 minutes had been played. 72 minutes into the match, St Agnes City's goalkeeper Carlos Pérez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rudy Del Carmen. Rudy Del Carmen might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Pérez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rudy Del Carmen ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 85 minutes, Alexis Campos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. St Agnes City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexis Campos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rudy Del Carmen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Pérez having to interfere. Carlos Pérez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camilo Najarro's shot from short distance in the 97th minute.
