Spectators: 6789 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arnoldo Bentos started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnoldo Bentos in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waldir Cabrera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Whitechapel United's goalkeeper Waldir Cabrera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Manuel Sandoval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Whitechapel United's zone, Arnoldo Bentos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldir Cabrera came out of the goal and Arnoldo Bentos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 20 played minutes Whitechapel United got a freekick which was hit by Juan Villanueva. 25 minutes into the game, Andrés Rodriguez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benji Contrera. Andrés Rodriguez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After having played for 28 minutes, Andrés Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Whitechapel United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrés Rodriguez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Locksheath's Benji Contrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Pérez in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Whitechapel United's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Bentos came free, but Waldir Cabrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eliseo Hidalgo came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Whitechapel United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Hidalgo couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the match, Whitechapel United's Andrés Rodriguez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benji Contrera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Pérez in the 48th minute of play forced Locksheath's goalkeeper Benji Contrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pablo Pérez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Francisco Escalante's late challenge caught a Whitechapel United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Escalante helped the player get up and apologised. Francisco Escalante hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Guillermo Galeas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Manuel Sandoval managed to get in a good position for a shot. Locksheath's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Sandoval was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldir Cabrera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pablo Pérez scored 2-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benji Contrera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benji Contrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Pérez in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Whitechapel United's goalkeeper Waldir Cabrera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Locksheath booed when Whitechapel United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Villanueva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnoldo Bentos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir Cabrera having to interfere. Allan Toledano hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Bentos in the 71st minute of play forced Whitechapel United's goalkeeper Waldir Cabrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Manuel Sandoval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute of the match Christian Campos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benji Contrera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Benji Contrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrés Rodriguez, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Benji Contrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrés Rodriguez in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to Whitechapel United getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Juan Villanueva hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Whitechapel United had won after a very even match.
