The supporters of Pewsey United booed when BARCELONA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Valenzuela didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, one of Pewsey United:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pewsey United. Pablo Ventura walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Antonio Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selvin Paz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Omar Barrera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Pewsey United's Antonio Paredes got control of the ball when Juan Olmedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Selvin Paz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Paredes having to interfere. The BARCELONA players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
