With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Quintanilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alvaro Melendez spun around in front of the goal 37 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Real España's goal. 38 minutes into the match, Olimpia Fc's Fabio Menjivar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Quintanilla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Fabio Menjivar notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Real España's David Quintanilla. David Quintanilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvaro Melendez made a kick off. Wilber Hidalgo charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience was convinced that William Valenzuela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Quintanilla was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 80thth minute of the game Alvaro Melendez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real España's David Quintanilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Real España's Wilber Hidalgo got his second yellow card of the match in the 81st minute.
